Though I had already seen the property I ended up purchasing through the listing agent (found of zillow), I approached Lucy Yip for guidance, to compare other options, and to help me through the condo-buying process from start to finish. She was quick, dependable, and incredibly responsive to my needs after I told her what I was interested in buying. She found me dozens of options the same day I told her what I liked, and she helped me compare and analyze similar properties in the area. After comparing, I ultimately decided to purchase the home I saw first through a listing agent. Lucy Yip took me back to the property, gave me additional helpful information, and assisted in the offer and negotiation process until we decided on the final price with the seller. The total process was fast, efficient, and effortless because of Lucy Yip's help. I wouldn't have changed a thing. This was my fourth time purchasing a property, but undeniably the best and easiest.
