Buyer reviewHaving Luz as our realtor was a great experience in our journey to find our right home and she made it so much easier to get the place that we wanted including all the work it takes finding all the right paperwork ect and staying on top of our lender. She always answered all our questions and never hesitated to help us in anyway. Luz experience showed especially on locations where we thought we weren't going to be able to close the deal she helped us and gave us a lot of good information on about what we could should do. We are very very satisfied with Luz service.

Seller reviewWas very nervous and anxious when my mom asked to go ahead and sell her home. Never have went through this process. But I needed to get it done. I looked around emailed a few companies but got one response very quickly. I ran with it and with Luz Scott-Lenger the process was very straightforward. She laid all information on the table. Questions we had she had the answer. Worries we had she had the words to calm our anxiousness. Help with any issue she had a guy for that. I highly recommend asking for Luz if in the market for selling. And looking through her social media pages she would be perfect for helping you buy a new home. Let me know about the local area and even got involved with making sure repairs where done. Great negotiator! From the beginning, she listened to what we were looking for and even though houses with our expectations were low, she was on it. provided recommendations and communicated with us constantly. She even assisted me with dealing with the mortgage company which was a nightmare, but she managed to help me with that and advocated strongly on our behalf. I am truly grateful to Luz for everything that she has done for our family and for finding us our dream home.

Buyer reviewAs a first-time home buyer, walking into the subdivision office was scary. We met luz and after talking to her we knew she was the one that could help us with our home search. Luz made us feel extremely comfortable. She gave us a lot of information that as first-time home buyers we didn't know. She communicated very well and understood our wants and needs for our home which made our home buying process less scary. She's always so happy, bubbly and with an amazing friendly personality we did not make a mistake in having her as our agent. 10/10 would work with her again and would also recommend to my family & friends.
