Hi I'm Lydia Spink and I am a lifelong resident of North Georgia. My Real estate career was launched in 2005 after working in the school system while my children Ashley and Seth were in school and later in the insurance business. Those jobs helped me form many valued relationships. This has been the foundation of my success. Repeat clients and referrals keep my business strong even through the down times. I am forever humbled and grateful for those who have placed their trust in me with one of the most important decisions in their lives.
I have consistently ranked in the top 1% of Realtors in North Georgia since the beginning of my career. I am sincere, loyal, passionate and your satisfaction and best interests are my priority.

In my free time my husband Tim and I enjoy traveling, the outdoors, gardening and spending time with family and friends.

Seller reviewLydia was absolutely wonderful to work with. We were selling my mother's home in the Jasper area after she required aging care (we did not live nearby). Lydia got answers to all our questions immediately, and offered great advice on pricing, listing questions, etc. The house went under contract in 2 days. We had a really quick due diligence/closing, and she always provided information quickly. We chose Lydia because she really concentrates her work in the immediate area, and has also lived in the area many years. I would recommend her to anyone in the area looking to buy or sell with the highest confidence. She's an All-Star!
