Seller reviewLydia St. John Mellado is an excellent realtor. She takes pride in what she does. Very professional and helpful. She would call me every day on the status of our home. We had to make quite a few repairs since it was a rental. She made sure that the construction was going well even though she had a busy schedule. Always made time for us. We were very satisfied with all her suggestions to make it easier for us to sell our home. It sold in four days! Thank you Lydia and Robert, we can never thank you enough!!!!!!

We had the most delightful experience in shopping for homes with Lydia. She was available to us every single time we wanted to see a particular home and she also researched a lot of homes in the area of town we wanted to live in. Lydia is very worldly, well traveled and she's lived all over the world so she is an agent who possess a wealth of knowledge in so many areas. So finding us our dream home wasn't the only thing she did, she had tips and ideas about home decor and remodeling, pointers on what to look for in venders for construction, home security, swimming pools, etc. she did not leave our side every step of the way, she was always a phone call, email or text away. We never had to leave a message on her voice mail, she always answered our calls. We are so happy Lydia represented us, we hope never to sell our lovely home but if that day ever comes we're calling on her again.
