She was reassuring and accurate in how we should respond to offers or issues, and she also knew the most effective way to satisfy our sensibilities and those of our buyers She was an excellent and timely communicator all the time. Her sage advice helped us navigate counter-offers, inspections and repairs on our old house. She invested in teaching us important practical and financial details that we needed to know. We trust her completely and would decidedly recommend her for buying or selling a house.

Because of our outstanding previous experience with her, it was important to us that she be the listing agent for us as sellers. She is extremely knowledgable in all aspects of buying and selling real estate, to include different county regulations and policies. Our property sold in three days, with a 30-day closing so the sale moved very quickly. Lyn monitored every part of the process from listing the property through settlement and kept us informed every step of the way. She was also available to us any time we called or texted. Lyn Faig is extremely trustworthy and we always knew she had our best interest at the forefront of her actions. Initially, we didn't know exactly what we wanted, so she helped narrow down geographic areas of focus and types of properties to view. We were very picky, so her patience was most appreciated. Once we found the right property, she expertly guided us through the contract submission process. We only wrote one contract throughout our search process and due to Lyn's guidance, it was selected. She not only helped with the actual real estate functions, she additionally sent us many recommendations for service providers who could assist us at both ends of our move.
