Seller reviewLyndsee Philipps understood my position, as an out-of-state owner who wanted to sell quickly. I didn't want to spend time to make improvements to the house, so she helped me price it accordingly and fairly. Using her professional contacts, she procured a full price offer immediately after the contract was signed, and the sale went thru quickly. She went above and beyond to help me, including finding a lawn maintenance company to take care of the mowing, shipping me a personal family item that I accidentally left behind the last time I left the house, and giving access to the non-profit organization to whom I donated the contents of the house. She made a dreaded task easy, almost effortless, and worry-free for me, and I couldn't be more thankful!
