Personal Profile
I am a lifetime resident of Three Rivers, with the exception of six years spent touring the South with my husband while he served in the United States Air Force. I am often asked Why did you move back to Michigan? I simply reply I love the change of seasons, each one bringing its own essence of enjoyment. Our area has so much to offer, friendly people, charming country side, beautiful lakes and rivers - just a nice area to live. That makes my job of moving real estate that much easier - just a great place to call home or have that perfect vacation get away. I worked with CENTURY 21 Arrowhead Real Estate (now CENTURY 21 Affiliated) since 1978, offering professional and trustworthy relationships. My designations include Broker, GRI, ABR. I am very familiar with all stages of a real estate transaction and will be able to assist you with expertise knowledge from the beginning of a transaction through the closing process. Seller reviewSelling the property was a major requirement due to health issues. I do not live in Chicago, so having someone that was knowledgable and willing to walk through the process was desparately needed. Lyn continually kept me informed of the offers, she updated me on some of the requirements to sell in MI. More than anything, there were some person matters required for me to get the house sold, that Lyn did not have to offer to support me with to getting taken care of. But when I say that she went up and above and I can not thank her enough.
