Seller reviewWorking with Lynn Niles is really easy. She is super diligent in working through all of the details and getting the buyer and seller to be happy with the outcome. I appreciate Lynn's willingness to work late hours and even weekends to get things done. Never complains about anything. Things just seem to go so smoothly with her. She is very sincere and nice to deal with. I would certainly give her a 5 star rating.

Buyer reviewLynn has been outstanding in her attention, communication, understanding our needs/concerns, and continued help as we move! Lynn missed nothing and was clear on all that we needed to do. Lynn has always been quick to reply to messages or calls and given us excellent attention to match our schedule. She was friendly and professional. We are currenty also dealing with a realtor in another area that is selling my father-in-law's house and we realize she was a poor choice after dealing with Lynn in our recent home purchase.
