I found her in July of 2021 and from our first, long distant, phone conversation (I was in New York) I knew that she was the person I wanted to work with. I came to Florida in July of 2021 and she listened to my entire life story and every wish I had as far as purchasing my future home. Even though she knew I was not ready to buy at that time, she showed me numerous houses so she could get an idea of what I wanted. She continued to keep me informed of the market and stayed up to date on my plans. I came to Florida again on May 3, 2022 and, thanks to Madelyn, I closed on my forever home on June 14th! Her time, patience and advice have been more than I could have hoped for. I not only got a home, I gained a friend!
