Buyer reviewMadison responded to every single text message I sent. Moving long-distance is hard, yet she understood and tried to really hear and understand what we wanted AND within our price range. She truly wanted to find what we wanted, and was so quick to refine the search and update us with anything new on the market (three times a DAY)! Madison never took offense when I thought I was being overbearing trying to have her, for instance, find a "quiet street" or a home without a "dark basement". Instead, she thanked me! And, the property we ended buying she had sent via email with the caveat, "This is sort of a left-handed turn, but because of the home you are leaving and the green-space you've created, maybe this would be of interest?" Doesn't get better than that! If we wanted to get into a house, there was no waiting. She would inquire on the spot and it would happen. It was a dream team. Couldn't be more grateful to Madison and her deep bench of Century professionals. Thank you, Madison.

She found our first home and sent us the listing within a few hours of it being listed. We never would have found this place on our own. We never thought we'd find exactly what we were looking for in such a crazy market! With Madison's help we made our first offer ever and it was accepted! We haven't talked to a single person in Spokane that has only made one offer on a home and have it accepted. We know families that have been looking for 2 years and have made a dozen offers and have not found a home yet. Madison was a tremendous help in guiding us with what to include in our offer and answering all of the questions we had. She was on the phone with us late at night whenever we had questions and got the ball rolling quickly. She was quick to reach out to all parties involved and make sure everything was completed before the due date. Madison's customer service is truly top-notch and unbeatable.
