I was recommended to Maggie McKinney by one of my colleagues. As a first time homebuyer, the process was completely new to me. Thank goodness I had Maggie to walk me through the process every step of the way! Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable, but she is one of the most detail-oriented people I've ever met. She cares about her clients and not only answers every question, but offers so much advice to make the buying process run as smoothly as possible. She is patient, supportive, and her hands-on assistance exceeded my expectations. Not only did she take the time to show me several properties, but arrived with a folder filled with helpful information. I only had 3 months to find a property, make an offer, and close (having won a California Dream for All voucher), and if it weren't for Maggie, it would never have been possible. She was a great liaison with the lender, the seller's realtor, HOA, escrow, and myself. And she also surprised us with a huge welcome basket & balloons! :)

Maggie was and continues to be an exceptional professional, she helped and helps make this live transition managable. Her advice and guidance made this doable and the extra care that she showed made it personal. I have refered her to many many people. At 58 years old and buying in Califorinia was not what I was prepared for but she and all those who made this happen I am grateful.
