My true dedication in helping my clients with their real estate needs are the center of my focus. Working to help buyers and sellers achieve their next goal, whether it be to settle an estate, create a dream home, to a first-time purchase, or even simply the next move. All clients have special needs and concerns; I focus on what each individual needs might be and work to achieve them. I have extensive personal experience to support my professional service to my clients. I'm a graduate of Old Dominion University with a Bachelor's of Science degree. Seller reviewWe were extremely pleased with Mandy Brown. She went over and above to make sure we got the full value for our home. She researched and contacted people at the county to understand our property situation. She took cafe of any problems and told us afterward because she knew I have MS and stress wasn't good for me. Our property sold within a week and we got the full asking price! Mandy is awesome!

Seller reviewMandy is the absolute BEST! We but some speed bumps on the road to selling or house but Mandy met them all in stride and she fought for us to get the most that we could out of our house. Mandy was always available when we needed anything and I truly believe that without her, our house wouldn't have sold as quickly as it did.
