My experience ranges in the real estateindustry from land development to new construction. Quality of service is my priority to my clients! My true dedication in helping my clients with their real estate needs are the center of my focus. Working to help buyers and sellers achieve their next goal, whether it be to settle an estate, create a dream home, to a first-time purchase, or even simply the next move. All clients have special needs and concerns; I focus on what each individual needs might be and work to achieve them. I have extensive personal experience to support my professional service to my clients. I'm a graduate of Old Dominion University with a Bachelor's of Science degree. Buyer reviewI had dealt with Mandy through a Community Homeless program for about two years. When it was time for my husband and I to purchase our first home, I knew that Mandy was the only one we would consider to walk us through this process. Mandy knew that we had a low mortgage window to work with. She was always letting us know when a home was available in our chosen area, willing to show us homes at anytime we were available. She knew what we were looking for and most importantly, what we had set as our maximum budget and she stayed within that budget.Our contracts, escrow, closing were easy to understand and without issues. My husband and I, with Mandy's assistance looked at several foreclosure homes and her knowledge of potential issues to watch for was something we would have never considered. Her knowledge helped to decide on which home to purchase. Mandy made us feel that we were her only clients (even though I know that was not the case). She kept in constant contact when I had questions or she had information for us through phone calls, texting and emails. I am sure sometime I drover her crazy with my endless communication but she never showed any impatience.

We knew that she would be honest and up front on all issues involved in selling our home, Mandy was always there to answer any questions, she was so personable and honest with her experience and expertise on some items that we faced. Her knowledge was exceptional to us.. We lived in this home for many years, codes had changed a lot since we bought our home. She led us through all the necessary steps to get our home to up to "code".
