In all seriousness, Mandy is just a wonderful human being, she excels at everything she sets her mind to accomplish and I'm just extremely fortunate to have crossed paths with her to help me through this process. Mandy answered any and every question that I had. I had plenty because this was my first home-buying experience. She provided an invaluable service to me and I couldn't be more grateful. She was present and available at every meeting with the seller, superintendent, walk-through, and closing. It was awesome and I couldn't be happier with the outcome.
