She worked hard to understand our needs and wants. She diplomatically and gently let us know when our expectations might not be realistic. Her communication was clear and prompt, her follow through was consistent and at times she wend above and beyond what we would have expected. Some specific examples included doing virtual walk throughs, pro-actively prescreening properties, helping us get answers on the property tax status, quickly getting information from the sellers, and volunteering to help us with some follow-through items after the sale. We would strongly recommend Mandy.
