Buyer reviewI bought 4 properties in the Sevierville TN area within 12 months. The first 3 properties were with a different agent. After working with that agent I became skeptical that he was actually presenting my offers since he kept wanting to do text messages with realtors instead of writing offers. I began talking to my local contractor that has been helping me on projects and he recommended Marc and Annette. I expressed my concerns as a real estate investor in the area and Marc and Annette took me to lunch to go over my plans. After lunch I decided to fire my other realtor. I recently made my first purchase with Marc and Annette and they even showed up to my closing. I am already looking into another purchase with Marc and Annette.
