I am a first-time home buyer. I had no idea what I was doing or what the process was. I had a mini interview with Marcia and I told her that I had no idea what I was doing. She said she's had a ton of experience with first-time home buyers and she would help me along with the process. Marcia was a true blessing. I couldn't have gone through this without her. I didn't even know what I wanted, I just knew I wanted something by the beach. I asked her a few times about different places and she always answered me immediately. She gave me new listings when I asked for them and then told me the best places and what she thought that I was looking for. She helped me in more ways than one. When it came to inspection, I didn't even know that I could ask for things to be fixed. Marcia went ahead and told the seller that certain things need to be fixed without me telling her to. Marcia was so great at her job she makes me want to buy a second home just so I can work with her again. I tell everybody about how amazing she is. Also I was doing everything online because I am from out of state. And Marcia made the process so easy. If you are looking for a great realtor, look no further because Marcia is all that you need.
