I have worn many hats throughout my real estate career. Most recently, I have served as the assistant manager of the 96th Street office, where I helped agents learn real estate best practices and processes. Recently, I have decided to return to full-time real estate, which allows me more flexibility and time to spend with my family.I love people and am extremely detail oriented which enables me to ensure a smooth closing for my clients. I will take the stress out of the moving process by assisting my clients and anticipating their needs.Serving my local community is something I truly enjoy doing. Within CENTURY 21 Scheetz, I have served as President of the Scheetz Foundation aimed at assisting people who are facing immediate crisis. I also participate in multiple organizations. I am Vice President of Team Monon, and a member of the Carmel Police Citizens Association in addition to serving at my local church, Grace, and Habitat for Humanity.When not at work, I love to spend time with my two boys, Brock and Blair. I am also an avid sports enthusiast and enjoy cycling, running, and swimming.

Her ethics, knowledge of the area and networking connections were solid from the beginning. The house basically sold in less than 24hrs. Marcie did a great job in directing me in what was needed for a successful sell. She is a true gem, organized, humble, smart and respectful. Working with her has been a pleasure! I can't say enough good about the ease and collaboration Marcie provided for me. Being out of state required extra work. She was more than reliable, going over and above what I expected and it was greatly appreciated! She's the BEST!!!

She was genuine, caring, communicative, not pushy, quick to respond, and patient. Cannot say enough good things about her. If I could recommend her to others I could. My wife has told me again and again that we got lucky with her. Our entire buying process was stressful both on builder side and bank side. She helped us through all of it. Buyer reviewThis is only the 3rd home we have purchased throughout our 40+ year relationship and marriage and 35 years since the purchase of our last home, so Marcie really had her work cut out for her in guiding us through the process of relocating from the Chicago area to Noblesville! She was SO patient and always quick to respond - willing to check out properties for us when we couldn't drive down and giving us her honest feedback and guidance while not trying to sway our decisions. She was attentive throughout the search process and closing and has remained in touch with us. We hope we will be in this house for many years to come and will not be needing her professional services, but look forward to being able to refer her to others. We feel as if we have made a good friend, as well as realtor! (PS - when our daughter, who lives in a Chicago suburb, came along with us on one of our first home searches with Marcie, she afterwards made the comment that she wished Marcie was in the Chicago area so she could use her too!)
