Marcie was fantastic throughout the whole process. Her professionalism and attention to detail were top notch. We always felt like we were her first priority. She gave us the best service you could ask for, including when an issue arose in the late hours the night before closing. Her work ethic doesn't stop. We will miss interacting with her!

Marcie was very helpful every step of the way. She walked us through things little by little. She was very thorough and detail oriented. She gave good advice while not pressuring us into decisions. She was so helpful when setting up repairs for the inspection which we were very thankful for. She was easy to reach and seemed to work morning, noon, and night. Overall we were very pleased with Marcie, Kevin, and Century 21 Scheetz in general.

When I told Marcie I was interested in listing my house with her she came over with a sales plan, strategy and she stuck with it until the property was sold. The property took a little longer to sale because we had an offer within the first or second day that took it off the market as pending for several weeks and then that sell fell through - but in the end she found the right buyer!

I have had an acquaintance with Marcie in the past. She is a very considerate and helpful person with religious values. I told her what I thought my property values were worth, she did the research and agreed with me even though the appraisal came in lower than that amount. She had several open houses, she sent out mailers and went door-to-door to my neighbors homes to invite them and their friends to visit the home. And then we had multiple offers and she handled that very well picking the right person for the house. In finding my new home I told her what I was looking for, my wants and needs. She showed me several homes until we find the right one. She help me through all the closing paperwork, insurance & utilities . Everything it took to make sure the deal went through that we closed on both homes the same day. It was an easy and great experience. Marcie continued to touch base with my lender to make sure that we could have both closings on the same day even though I bought the home several weeks after I sold him my original home. That made the transition from one home to the next much easier than having to store my furniture or rent something for a period of time. There were definitely problems at times but she handled them and the transition went great.

There aren't enough words to describe how happy we are to have had worked with Marcie. Her communication and professionalism and care with which she identified our needs and found solutions were impeccable. We will send her as many referrals as we can! It was a pleasure to work with a true master of her craft! Thank you!
