My name is Marcy Mahfuz, I am a Realtor with Century 21. I was born and raised in South Florida. I have lived in Citrus County with my husband for about 6 years. I love the outdoors and this area with its nature coast, lakes and the activities it provides. There is nowhere else I would rather live.
I have been a Physical Therapist Assistant for over 20 years and have enjoyed meeting new people and helping many reach their goals. I have recently taken on real estate to continue meeting new people, with the added bonus of helping others with their real estate goals. My goal is to continue to work with the mindset to help and make the real estate process an enjoyable experience for my clients. I will always be happy to help and continue to learn from the people I meet along the way.

She was even willing to let me borrow a chainsaw so we could clear some trees that had fallen on the access road so we could look at our property. She always had the best advice for us including on our offer so we would not lose it in our bid. She was always in contact with us and that made us feel comfortable. And she still continues to give us advice after the sale closed. We will always remember her part on us arriving here in Inverness.
