Buyer reviewI have worked with several realtors in the past and I have always felt afterwards like I did not really get my money's worth. This was not the case with Margie. From the very first interaction she was prompt and professional. I was purchasing a low priced rental property, and even though I know Margie was not making much money off the sale of this property, she gave it all the attention one would expect to get with the sale of a much more expensive house. She kept every appointment. She showed me the property multiple times and coordinated things between the seller and all involved parties. This was the first time I can confidently say it was a joy to work with a realtor/broker. Margie sets the bar for others in her field and I would absolutely recommend her to friends and family. I will certainly contact her when it comes time to buy/sell future properties.
