Moreover, she was patient when I wanted to use some marketing strategies that didn't exactly align with hers. In the end, we went with her suggestions and were able to sell the property. She paid so much attention to the details of our listing that she actually remembered decisions I had told her I had made ... even though I had forgotten them. This was actually the second piece of property we sold that she played a role in. Mari was the buyer's agent for a house we sold; we were so favorably impressed with her that we sought out her services when it came time to sell the lot.
