Maria is very knowledgeable about properties and neighborhoods in the Gulf Beaches area. Plus she has a fun personality and is determined to serve her client no matter what obstacles arise, even if the lockbox system goes down on the 1st day of showings :)

I would highly recommend Maria MacNeil to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home. After looking at homes on multiple websites for a couple of years, I was finally ready to take the next step and contact an agent. I sent a few emails out to listing agents and made phone calls as well, with no response. I finally sent an email of interest out through a 3rd party website, and Maria was the only one to respond, within a couple of hours! She immediately started searching for homes that I might be interested in. I was an out of state buyer, which I thought was going to make my home shopping a bit difficult, however, it wasn't that bad. Maria would go to the homes we were interested in and make a walk through video, pointing things out and describing things, then send it to us. This was a huge help, and, I'm happy to say, she found "the one"! We had a few obstacles pop up along the way (re: financing, appraisals and 3 different houses, the third is a charm!), yet we still managed to have a phenomenal experience. Maria was amazing!, she always kept us informed and explained everything to us in full detail. She was easy to get a hold of, and she always returned my calls in a promptly manner. I've purchase other homes in the past, and I have never had an agent go out of their way and preform the way Maria did, she went above and beyond! I hope to make another Florida purchase in the future, and Maria is the only one I will deal with! My husband and I love our new vacation home! Thank you Maria!!

I tried to keep my comments about Maria's professional work in line with your questionnaire. Additionally she helped us in so many ways I could go on all night. At most home " showings " as I understand it, the owners were not to be present---In our case this a severe hardship since we have 3 adults, one mean dog and I am the only licensenced driver!!! I cannot count how many times Maria came to our home and picked up 1 or 2 people so the show could go on!!!! I must log off now but will continue later .OK I'm back. Also my computer skills leave a lot to be desired. I had never heard of signing legal papers and mailing them all on my computer to everyone. I can promise you Maria spent a lot of time both at my home and on the phone helping me along. The home we sold was 60 years old and had been in my family over 40 years and I always planned to die there. As luck would have I came close 3 times over the years, point being I really did not have my heart in moving at all. Sooo Maria not only had to find a buyer but also help my to convince me this was a good thing to do !!! As this is not enough, she gets many of her friends to come by pick up a lot of my no longer needed junk so I didn't have to pay anyone to do it. Best of all she was assisting the buyer the day before closing and she sold my kayak for me . It had been in the front yard for sale for a week ! I thought I would have to pick it in the morning before closing and keep it. Now it is all over and everyone is happy. I suggest you do everything you can to keep Maria a part of your company.
