My wife and I gave Maria a very detailed area that we wanted to reside. Not only did she find us a home we loved in the area we wanted, she was able to get it for us under the asking price and get us credits on top of that. Maria is a wonderful person and very easy going. She was in the know about all aspects of the town and walked us through every part of the home buying process. We made an offer on just one home, got it for close to $10,000.00 under asking, got credits for minor repairs, had no issues with the paperwork and we closed on the initial date we set. Maria was with us every step of the way and I can't even begin to thank her for all her help. If you need to sell our purchace a home, the only person you need to call is Maria Bembrook. The process was so relaxed and easy, I felt like I was dealing with a family member. We not only have a new home, we have a new friend.
