Seller reviewWas somewhat overwhelmed with needed work/repairs to interior/exterior of home before selling, Maria arranged a helper to complete repairs, at good price. Understanding that in Realstate things can be frustrating, Selling or Buying. Never sold before till now, and really dreaded the "Pending, then back on Market" experience, so greatful this didn't happen to the sale of 8617 Cypress. I'm convinced Maria's experience as my selling Agent contributed to this. Good job in the sale of my Mama's home Maria.

Maria approached me on a cold call after the house was taken off the market, she had told me I will sell your house for you. When we put the house back on the market I contacted Maria, and she did exactly what she said. She sold our home and for more money .
