We had an absolutely outstanding home buying experience with Maria and Century 21. Exceedingly easy to work with and passionate about finding us the right fit and price for our future home. The whole team was a huge help in finding and closing on the home we wanted. Even when we were out of state in California as we hadn't relocated to Virginia yet, she went out of her way and dedicated significant time and effort to communicate with us and keep us up to date on potential homes. Maria is caring, warm, thoughtful, approachable, trustworthy, friendly, genuine, considerate, loyal, knowledgeable, and supportive. She truly cared about finding us a home that best met our needs. She is AMAZING!! Maria Cunningham was a blessing to us during the sale of our home. She was knowledgable and professional during the sales process from initial contact through closing. Maria explained all steps of the sales journey clearly and thoroughly. She was available to us any time of day, even when a family obligation took her out of the area; she would have been justified in passing us off to someone else in the office while away but she opted to stay in contact with us. Maria set up, advertised, and hosted several open houses for the property resulting in lots of traffic through the home. We had several unexpected things pop up and Maria was expert in handling them all, including keeping us, her clients, informed and unruffled. She handled all situations skillfully and deftly. Our entire experience with Maria was excellent and I will highly recommend her to others. I doubt our experience would have been near as satisfying had we chosen a different realtor.

Maria is the best agent you could ever have on your side! We were first-time homebuyers looking for a starter home so we had a lot of questions. Maria was patient in answering all of them, and we trusted her knowledge and expertise especially about the immediate neighborhood of the houses we were considering, the state of the property itself, etc. She would catch details that we wouldn't notice, and bring things into consideration that we otherwise would not have. We also really appreciated that she took the time to listen to our concerns and needs, especially during the ciritical decision of whether to put down an offer or not. Even during the holidays with a tight timeframe, she negotiated with the seller on our behalf with our best interests at heart. It was a really competitive bid and we wouldn't have gotten this dream of a house without Maria's help! Would recommend her to everyone looking to buy a house!
