Maria has an outstanding knowledge of every phase in selling and buying houses. She gave us more helpful advises then we could ever ask for. Her experience and detailed knowledge of real state business help us a lot during very stressful time of selling our house. Maria is easily accessible by the phone and messages, I remember we were calling her without realizing that she might have a day off... On many occasions she gave us better advise then our attorney... This is why we asked her for help with finding new house for us. She is still working with us.. Our closing day is February 26. She helped us to find proper people (inspectors, mortgage) to complete our process of buying new home. Maria is very nice and intelligent person and my wife and I consider ourselves lucky to have met her.

We researched brokers online and by asking our friends and neighbors. We had also received many mailings from local agents. We had selected several agents to speak to but as soon as we met Maria, and sat and talked to her, we knew she was the one. It was the best decision we could have made. Maria was incredibly thorough and hard working. We were constantly informed through emails and phone calls about the progress of our sale. Phone calls and email questions were always returned quickly and PLEASANTLY! We were always consulted and kept informed. There is not one negative comment we could make about Maria. She handled everything including plumbers, lost permits, getting a handyman and so much more. She let inspectors in for us so we didn't have to make the two hour drive from our new home.
