Maria Kriesel was fully involved from day one. She had previously assisted other family members in the satisfactory purchases of their homes. Maria answered all calls and email promptly and got whatever information was needed to keep the ball rolling. She also took the time to stage areas of the property to enhance its visual appearance and also made suggestions to improve areas in the home to increase its' marketability. She made multiple appointments with serious buyers so the traffic was high. We would recommend her to others as an agent.Got us our target price.
