Seller reviewI've dealt with Maria on three real estate transactions. All three properties had unique features and required particular buyers and marketing strategies. In example, the first property was a 2 bedroom, 2-story chalet style home on 16 wooded acres; the second property was 6 wooded acres with a pole barn on a private road; and the third was a 2 bedroom pole barn style home on 6 acres. Maria met these challenges and exceeded expectations at every opportunity.

Seller reviewMaria and I have known each other for over 18 years, she sold me my 2nd house then and has since sold my daughters house 2 times. I didn't even consider another realtor. Previous relationships with people play a huge role in in my life. I do business with people who I know and trust. I sold my home to my daughter and probably could have figured out how to do it without a realtor but Maria was super helpful. The only thing I was upset by was the fact that I sold my house and then bought a house with my fiancé and my equity check from the title company was made out to both of us.
