My husband and I attended an open house and connected with Maria right away. She was very friendly, knowledgeable about the property, and answered all of our questions. Based on our initial conversations, we could tell that Maria was honest and worked with integrity. We decided on the spot that we wanted to work with Maria to find our home. Maria was amazing to work with during the entire process... from the open house, to the second showing, to the negotiations, to the inspections, to the closing and even after. Being our first home purchase, we were nervous about the process and Maria helped with every step along the way, putting us at ease by staying on top of things and answering all of our questions. She even went WELL above and beyond when radon was found in the home, ensuring on her own that it was taken care of before the sale.
