Seller reviewMaria Otterbine was fantastic! Though the sale was local, I was not, and Maria kept in communication through the entire process. She anticipated evrything before I even needed it! Even after the closing, she called to make sure that everything went as planned. I couldn't have asked for better service. If I relocate back to the area, Maria will be the first person I call when lookig for a new home. Might even call her before I let my friends and family know that I am moving back. :-)

Buyer reviewAs a first home buyer, I knew nothing about the process to own the house. Maria Otterbine did a super excellent job in everything. She provided me with a lot of house option from several neighborhoods that were asked by my wife. She helped me finding the lender that could help me with my special condition. She helped me with the deal so at the end I could get a very good deal from the seller. She even worked with me after I already got the house. She was making sure that I was satisfied with the house. She has a very pleasant personality, easy to communicate with, knowledgeable, and a hard-worker. I even received a box of delicious cup cakes made by herself. Maria Otterbine has all of "client-oriented profile". I don't think she has "small/big client" in her dictionary since I was treated as if I was a big client even tough I came with limited budget for buying the house. Will I recommend Maria Otterbine as a Realtor for my friends? Of course I will. I already did. I'am sure they will be satisfied too.
