Buyer reviewWhen we decided to start our home buying journey I didn't hesitate to contact Century 21 because they really took care of my sister and mother when they relocated to CTX from the East Coast. Mariah Alanis was all over it by providing us with daily email listings based on our preferences. Every home we showed an interest with Mariah was immediately in contact with the Seller's Agent getting the details and answers to our questions. We went under contract with one home but it didn't work out at no fault to Mariah or myself. That speed bump didn't slow us down and we finally got the home and land that we wanted. It was a pleasure working with Mariah and her knowledge of the area was unmatched. This will probably be our "forever home"; however, I obtained several business cards from Mariah and will highly recommend her to my friends and family that are searching for homes in CTX.

Buyer reviewMariah Alanis was a perfect fit for us! She was very accommodating and knowledgeable not just about the Killeen area but the whole Austin/ Killeen/Temple region. It took us a while to settle on our perfect house but Mariah was very patient and always made us feel like we were her first priority. She always retrieved as much information as was available before we even walked into the house which we appreciated. If ever we need another realtor we will be going straight to her!
