Seller reviewGreat lady and very helpful and very patient. The majority of paper work was done via phone and email and she very kind and helpful. I felt very comfortable knowing that she was handling this long-distance sale. By the time the home sold I felt like in had made a new friend. She was very professional but also very compassionate. Just a wonderful woman and a benefit to your company! She is a total gem and you are lucky to have her representing your company.

She made the entire process as painless as possible. The property was my 92 year old father's and I was selling it for him. Marianne always contacted my dad and clearly explained every step of the process. She was very kind, patient, understanding, and professional. Marianne is an outstanding agent! All real estate agents sure could learn a few things from her! I have never had such an easy, pleasant real estate transaction ever! Marianne was patient, as it took about a year or so for me to find the house I wanted. She remembered all the things that were important to me and what I was looking for. I have never had a real estate agent that was so involved and wanting me to find the perfect house. Anyone looking for a house should use her. She will not hound you to buy any house just to get a house sold to you ...she will work at whatever pace you want. She is on top of it at all times.. I never waited more than 5 minutes for her to return my call or text!
