Seller reviewI first communicated with Marianne Lomax when my sister considered selling her house. She then decided not to sell. Further communication with Marianne was made when my sister was looking for someone who could help with clearing her land. In both cases, Marianne was both kind and helpful. She assisted because she wanted to help, even when the need was not directly related to the sale of a house. For these reasons, I called Marianne after my sister passed and, as Trustee, I was required to sell the house. Marianne was attentive and professional throughout the process.
