Seller reviewFrom early on, Maribel was very easy to talk to. She was very open, listened attentively, and funny. She was very professional but down to earth with her dealings with me. Because I felt very comfortable with her, I trusted her with her recommendations. She wasn't pushy, but instead gave me options to consider in my decisions regarding the sale of my property. She is very knowledgeable in her field. She has the client's best interest as her priority. Even though I was out of town throughout the process, she communicated with me on a regular basis and updated me with every detail of the selling process. I would recommend her anytime!!!

Buyer reviewMaribel was incredibly professional and very personable. She respected our budget, showed us good recommendations for locations, expanding our options. We had not considered a condo purchase but at her suggestion we found the perfect place for us. She fit us in for a last minute showing and worked hard during Mother's Day holiday to place an offer on our home. She was always present at every step of the process, offer us a lot of patience as first time homebuyers, and her communication with us was excellent. Our experience as first time home buyers was wonderful and in large part because of Maribel. She also offered us a thoughtful Housewarming gift which was a very nice touch for us on our closing day. I will be recommending her to friends and family going forward, and will keep her business card for any future transactions we may have.
