Seller reviewMarie Crosby has extensive knowledge of the local area and is an experienced agent. This was the fifth sale/purchase that we have worked with Marie Crosby. Marie took on the extremely challenging task of marketing and selling this property. Though Marie was going to receive minimal commission due to the nature of the property, she proceeded with the same dedication and vigor as if it was a million dollar sale! Marie went above and beyond time and time again! Marie was able to obtain an agreement of sale in less than two weeks of the property being listed with her! We highly recommend Marie Crosby! Marie Crosby is one of the most caring, dedicated, trustworthy and energetic people I have ever met. She was a pleasure to work with. Once again, Patty, the administrative staff person we dealt with during the progress from agreement of sale to settlement, provided excellent customer service!

Seller reviewLocal knowledge and understanding of the area was very important in the decision making of which realtor to list with. We knew Marie Crosby has been in the area for many years and that that knowledge and experience would help us have a successful settlement, which we did. Marie Crosby was a HUGE help when the buyers asked if we could move the closing up three weeks. With inspections to be performed and some repairs that the buyers asked for to yet be completed, she went above and beyond, got it together and pulled it off, a real yeoman's effort for which we are eternally grateful. We will certainly recommend Marie Crosby to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home.

Marie is honest, sincere, friendly, caring and competent! Marie has immense knowledge of the local area which is very helpful when both buying or selling a property. Marie is also very detail-oriented and goes the extra step in handling and delivering contracts. Marie Crosby will always be my first choice whenever I am in need of a real estate professional. Patty, the administrative assistant, was also very helpful during our purchase process and is extremely efficient in her job!

With the big distance between the sellers and the property, she was instrumental not only in suggesting the best course of action during the critical market conditions, but also acted as custodian for the property until such time the property was ready for sale. She went beyond what I would've expected from a realtor. Great Job Marie!
