I loved this because I didn't feel pressured or overwhelmed and I can view all potential homes with ease. Marie kept my best interest in mind at all times. She even helped me take my blinders off, I am now a happy owner of a beautiful House with all the things I wanted in a home! What I loved the most about Marie was that she gave me a list of things to expect for the next year to two. Such as Homestead forms, that my taxes will see an increase and what the estimate could be, putting money aside for HOA, so that I am not caught by surprise. All this came in handy especially because I have noticed plenty of people being caught off guard by their home taxes increasing and they were not ready, so I am very happy she repeatedly informed me.
