In the vibrant tri-state area of Chattanooga, North Georgia, and Alabama, Marie's dynamic real estate career has been thriving since 2006, fueled by an inspiring tale of resilience and determination. Her journey into real estate began after Hurricane Ivan destroyed two jewelry shops she owned with her ex-husband in Gulf Shores, Alabama. Seeking flexibility similar to owning a business, Marie chose to enter the world of real estate. Having worked on a team for a brief period, Marie discovered that a more personal, one-on-one approach with her clients suited her best. Today, she works as a solo agent, and holds broker's licenses in Georgia, Tennessee, and Alabama, offering her expertise to buyers and sellers throughout the North Georgia mountains and the Chattanooga, Tennessee Valley area. Marie's dedication to her clients and her love for the region she serves truly set her apart in the competitive world of real estate. "At least 75% of my business is from repeat clients and referrals," Marie explains. "I have a really strong ability to keep people calm during the buying and selling process." Marie's exceptional talent as a real estate agent lies in her ability to minimize stress for her clients during the complex buying and selling process. Often working with clients who are both buying and selling simultaneously, she understands the challenge of keeping everything organized and on track. "I always tell them, my job is to make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible," she says. Marie recognizes that such transitions can be highly stressful. Her expertise in handling the numerous behind-the-scenes tasks allows her to alleviate some of the pressure that inevitably comes with real estate transactions. It is this empathetic understanding of her clients' needs, coupled with her dedication to making their life transitions as seamless as possible, that truly sets Marie apart as a remarkable real estate agent. After working together, clients leave glowing reviews about their time with Marie. One recently said, "We sold our house and purchased our forever home within 4 months of each other. Marie did an awesome job advertising our house at the beginning of the pandemic. She communicated often and was always readily available for any questions that we had. We knew exactly what we were looking for, which was not an easy find. Her patience and willingness to ensure we had the best experience possible was phenomenal. She made the experience as stress-free as possible and she was fun. I would recommend anyone and everyone to her." When Marie isn't working, she's staying active in the community, including donating funds and food to local shelters. "I was a single mom for about ten years, so I do my best to help people that are struggling," she explains. "My focus is feeding and helping children as well as single parents." Marie also makes time for her family, plays tennis and pickleball, loves cooking, and stays active at the gym. As Marie looks ahead, she has her sights set on expansion. She plans to reach more clients in Alabama as her broker has recently purchased new Century 21 locations in the state. For now, she's loving each minute of her current path. "I really do love serving people. I think it's one of my gifts from God to bring joy to other people's lives."

Buyer reviewSince we were moving from California, we were unfamiliar with the Chattanooga area. Marie Pangle was instrumental in getting us acquainted with the various communities and amenities, which was useful as we deliberated over what would be most beneficial for us. Marie was consistent in her communication, routinely providing us with listings that generally met our needs. So when we were able to travel to Chattanooga to view the properties, we already had a long list of possibilities. It made our trip most productive; we were able to find a suitable home in the short week that we were there. Thank you for your hard work, Marie!
