My husband and I would highly recommended Marylou. She has a great work ethical always willing to go an extra mile in helping us nothing in purchasing our first homes and then later selling it as our family grew. She provided us with all the relegating information we needed and educated us in the processes of both purchasing and selling a home. She has made great recommendations in obtain lawyers, home inspector etc.... Both my husband and I truly appreciate all she has done for us. I had a great home-buying experience with Marilou. She is upfront, trustworthy and knowledgeable. She went the extra mile to not only find us the right house but negotiate the price and oil tank removal. She was extremely responsive to emails and phone calls and worked hard to make sure that the process goes smoothly. She kept us informed as what would be needed of us and kept us in the loop as things progressed. She consistently exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home, especially first time buyers.
