Buyer reviewWe live in a small community and a hot market in the price ranges we were looking for. Not uncommon for a home to come on the market and be under contract in less than a week! You have to really hustle as a buyer and Marilyn was a great partner in this. She knows the area and she knows the other realtors so she could reach out asap when something came open. She also kept us current and was very helpful weeding out the undesirable homes before even going to look. Part of a small community is the extra importance of personal relationships. In Marilyn's case she is a known expert in the type house we sold, so for our downsizing search there was no question who our realtor would be. Thank you for the opportunity to comment.

I had the biggest nightmare transaction and she took everything in stride and did everything in her powers to get me in the house I so wanted.
