Seller reviewI live out of state so it was important to me to have a Realtor I could rely on. Marilyn was that Realtor. I purchased this property 9 years ago through her. So I reached out to her when it was time to sell it. I had another realtor look at it but I liked what Marilyn had to offer more. Marilyn knew I lived out of town. She was the person to make all the arrangements for things that needed to be done on the property to prep it to sell after my tenents moved out. It was the right choice because it sold for more than the other Realtor wanted to list it for! If I ever want more property in the area Marilyn is the person I would reach out to again.
