Seller reviewMarissa did an excellent job evaluating and marketing our property. The photos of our home were beautiful and brought in over 20 showings in a 3 week time period. She did an excellent job negotiating and dealing with the buyers. She was very helpful and knowledgable with regard to the relocation company as well, which was extremely beneficial to us since we had not dealt with that process before. I would highly recommend her to anyone that is relocating out of state and working with a relocation company as she has special knowledge of that process that most relators do not have. In addition, she went out of her way to help with our pets during showings when we were out of state house hunting. She truly went above and beyond to make this process smooth and seamless for us.

Buyer reviewAt closing Marissa traveled from Dallas to San Antonio put us up overnight in an amazing Hotel across from the Alamo, that included our dog! Bought us an Amazing dinner and couldn't do more for us. We so appreciate her caring about us. The most professional honest person in the industry in our opinion! We will always recommend her. No other agent for us!!!
