This is the second time Marjorie Warren has helped us finding a home in a short time emergency. We were selling our home and looking for a new house at the same time with a deadline in between. I don't know how Marjorie found so many properties, even above our budget and yet hooked us up showing us the real price we could put into it and the value we could come off of it, suddenly making it affordable each time. Lol. She really has a vision that meets client's needs! Her service was not only limited to finding properties and dealing with paperwork, she was also a friend that understood our stress, fears and discouragements and walked with us in every step making everything much easier to deal with. Without a shadow of doubt I recommend Marjorie Warren for any real estate needs.

As first time homebuyers, we had no clue about the process and everything else it entails. Majorie Warren walked us through everything. She recommended a mortgage broker who was able to get us approved for more financing than we were previously told by others. She was available to answer any questions we had and would answer phone calls, emails, and texts right away. She is an amazing negotiator, and was able to have the seller pay closing costs and get us a home warranty. When an issue arose that could hinder FHA financing, Majorie got the seller to repair it on a sold "as is" property. She looked out for our best interests. She helped us find and purchase our first home and went above and beyond all of our expectations. We had previously met a few other realtors, but decided to go with Majorie because she is a genuine person who deeply cares for her clients.
