Buyer reviewMark Allgood is a fantastic realtor with Century 21 in the Inverness, Florida office. He was on top of everything from the first steps all the way to the end and them some. He tracked everything from the initial contract negotiated all the way to the closing table. He never left our side with any of the process. Even after we had closed with the title company, Mark has checked on us and our progress with our new home. Thank you Mark Allgood and the staff at the Century 21 location in Citrus County.

Buyer reviewAs home buyers from out of the area, we needed a Buyer's agent who was willing to spend a long day (or two) with us viewing as many properties as possible. When we first contacted Mark, it was a Thursday. We sent him a list of interesting properties and the things that were important to us and setup a meeting on Saturday. Mark took us to 12 properties that day and really put our minds at east that we could indeed find a property in our price point. We had quite a few questions about going through a home sale and a home purchase at the same time, but Mark's knowledge not only of Real Estate but also the banking process really helped when things got stressful. Now that we are in our home, we're so very happy! If anyone needs a Realtor who is friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and an all-around good person, Mark Allgood would be an excellent choice.
