Buyer reviewMark is the best and has helped us sell or and/or purchase property. This latest real estate purchase was our 2nd purchase in the last 12 months. I would recommend Mark to all my family and friends, he is just fantastic! If you need help finding a home or selling your home, Mark is the person to work with! What else can we say, he is truly the best there is in working with a real estate professional. We did not deal with anyone else at Century 21 which is why I rated this excellent. We really like to have a single contact which was Mark and we did not want to have multiple contacts. This was what we expected, wanted, and made our experience the best. Mark made us aware of the entire team we had at Century 21 if we needed them but since our experience was so positive with Mark, we never needed anyone else which in our book is truly excellent!

Seller reviewMark was truly outstanding, understood my needs, knew the market, and helped guide me through the sell of my home in the ever changing market adjustment on home prices these past several months. He is customer focused, friendly, courteous, had a listening ear, and pretty much bent over backwards for me. I will recommend him to everyone who is looking for a top notch real estate agent. I am a repeat customer, Mark helped me find my downtown San Antonio townhouse last year and also later helped me sell my previous New Braunfels home. If anyone is looking for the best agent, Mark is the one! Great experience, Mark is the best!

Buyer reviewMark went the extra mile when looking for houses. While there is an automated house search that picks houses based on certain criteria, Mark made time to personally look through the listings and send us houses he thought we would like to look at. We were remote during much of this process, and Mark took the time to look at areas for things like WalMart, HEB, PetSmart, Target, and even vets in the areas so we could see what it was like to get to those places quickly. He was great to have on our side.

Buyer reviewWe are first time homeowners and lived in another city. We didn't fully grasp what we were getting into and also didn't want a "yes" man. Mark was honest, polite and a joy to work with. It's so cliche but he made us feel like family. We knew he had our best interest in mind and he was extremely patient with us. Mark is one of kind and an excellent realtor. There's not enough nice things I could say about Mark, he is truly a blessing.
