Mark's personality was open, kind and warm. He made me feel like I was a part of his family. Mark told me to call him anytime of the day or night if I had any questions. Mark played an active role in looking for houses that suited me. He lined up several homes to see the same day. Mark always took my feelings about different homes in consideration. He never tried to push any of the homes on me. As a matter of fact, he told me that I would know as soon as I walked into a home if that was the right fit for me and he was right!
