I have been in the Real Estate Industry since 1984 having over 30+ years of Real Estate experience, listing and selling residential and commercial properties covering Cook, Dupage, and Will Counties. I am formerly a retired Suburban Police Officer having served for 24 yrs. Real Estate Broker-Multiple year Quality Service and Pinnacle award winner-Member of Illinois Realtors formerly Illinois Association of Realtors-Member of The National Association of Realtors. Seller reviewThe client made a request for me to reduce the price. Mark told the client that we could not reduce the price any more than what we had stated and it was sold to this particular client. I assume that being in the real estate business Mark was aware that the property was worth what we sold it for. I would recommend Mark to anyone who would like to sell property because he was pleasant to deal with, He seems to know his business well and He is open to questions that we had. He sold property for me before and I felt comfortable selling property for me the second time.
