I am a lifelong resident of Bemidji. I attended Bemidji State University and graduated with a degree in Business and have been active in real estate since 1984. Along with my wife, Wanda, I take an active role in civic, church and community affairs. I enjoy participating in all the great outdoor activities that our community has to offer with my two sons.

Seller reviewI very much enjoyed working with Mark Dickinson. I knew he would be great and would be very knowledgeable and informative, but when it came to selling our small, lake cabin property which had a great deal of history and sentimentality for my family, I was most impressed with how he listened and truly understood the weight of importance that it held for us. We couldn't be happier with the new family who purchased it. Throughout the selling process, Mark always kept me informed, answered my many questions patiently, and even though I went in trusting him, he would explain options, think through and weigh issues carefully with me, give me advice without showing bias toward what direction we should take, then supported my decision. There can be a lot of complications and issues that arise specific to every real estate transaction, but with his years of experience, he knew exactly how to solve them. I would highly recommend Mark to anyone who is looking to buy or sell property in the Bemidji area. He is very professional, and at the same time, has a wonderful sense of humor and is fun to talk to, which I appreciated very much. I would use Mark Dickinson in a heartbeat!
