Mark was very knowledgeable and persistent though the whole process when ever I called him he would answer the phone about any concerns and would explain anything I didn't understand I started feeling a little frustrated but he wouldn't let me give up he kept working to help me find the home I wanted He's a very hard hardworking guy I would definitely recommend him, He's your guy.

With this being our first home buying process, Mark File made sure that we got what we needed and even got us things we didn't even know we needed. We have been in contact with many agents over the years, and I can truly say that he is by far the best agent. He advocated for us like no other and the consistency and persistence is the characteristics that really stuck out to me the most. This was by far the easiest process we have ever been through given how tedious and detailed it takes to get though it all; however, Mark made the process smooth and answered all of our questions. His communication skills exceeded our expectations, and we never had to wonder what came next because he was always 2 steps ahead.
