He had drive to find the house we were looking for and helped by fighting on our side. While we found the house on our own, through the Brokers home search, he helped tremendously when it came to dealings with the builder reps. He gave honest opinions on craftsmanship and also meetings we had with reps. I recommend Mark as an agent.

The short version is that Mark was really great to work with, very responsive with communications and had rental property knowledge he provided that helped us find a good REI property. He let us browse houses on our own time without pressure and when we were ready to get aggressive, he was quick to get in contact with agents to get the deal closed. I'd definitely recommend him and would work with him again in the future. Our Long Version My wife and I were looking for our first REI property to use as a rental property and we were referred to Century 21 by Rocket Mortgage (Quicken Loans). We were paired with a different agent at first but I could tell it wasn't a good fit. We were talking with other agents elsewhere, but thought we'd give Century 21 another shot. That's when we were matched with Mark Harris and after our first 30 minute introduction phone call, I felt very confident that he would be the right agent to go with. He has experience working with rental properties so he was able to provide a wealth of information and things to consider while we were shopping houses. He helped us avoid houses that could have small, but costly repairs that would affect our investment and knew what to look for and how to teach us the different between shopping for an investment property vs shopping for your home. Mark Harris do a wonderful job helping us locate our house. Even though the timeline had to be moved up, he immediately setup a schedule to view homes within days. Mark was very helpful for us as a first time home buyer and explained any questions we had and gave us tips to make the purchase easy as possible.
